How do I remove the adjustable pad and/or pillowcase?
Can I wash the entire pillow?
The removable cover is machine washable, but the foam core should not be washed. This protects the structure and longevity of the pillow.
How often should I clean it?
We recommend to wash the cover every 2-4 weeks.
Air out the foam core occasionally to keep it fresh.
How do I dry the cover?
It is best to air dry. Avoid high heat to preserve the softness and fit of the fabric.
